The goal of this policy is to help you understand:
Security
All NextGen REI LLC ("Company"), hereby also referred as NextGen REI, solutions have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. When you enter information into forms or receive content to your browser from our servers, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure 256-bit encrypted socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their NextGen REI usernames and passwords.
Information Collected by NextGen REI
When any individual engages with NextGen REI electronically, including but not limited to, expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services, completing online forms, opening emails, clicking through links in emails, visiting web pages, or registering to use the Services, NextGen REI may require the individual to provide the Company with personally identifiable information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address ("Required Contact Information"). NextGen REI uses technologies like, but not limited to, "cookies" to understand its customers behavior (including any visitor to the website, which NextGen REI considers its store), to best optimize the experience for its customers, deliver requested actions from the company, and improve NextGen REI marketing strategies. When purchasing the Services, NextGen REI may require you to provide the Company with other information including: "Billing Information", such as billing name and address, credit card number; and "Additional Information" such as the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Services, employee email addresses, etc. Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Additional Information about Customers are referred to collectively as "Data About NextGen REI Customers or Contacts". Personally Identifiable Information will not be released to any 3rd parties unless required by law or otherwise expressly disclosed.
Customer Data
NextGen REI Customers may electronically submit data or information to utilize the Services including name, email, phone, and if applicable property information ("Customer Data"). NextGen REI will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the NextGen REI Terms of Service, or as may be required by law or otherwise expressly disclosed. In accordance with the NextGen REI Software as a Service license, NextGen REI may access Customer Data only for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer's request in connection with customer support matters, for aggregated "Market Metrics" described below, or as may be required by law.
How we store and secure data we collect
We use extreme care when handling your data and always use industry standards where applicable.
- We always use secure connections (TLS/SSL) to transmit data in between Service users and third parties.
- We encrypt all data stored in our databases at rest.
- Payment data is stored with our billing provider, which is PCI-DSS compliant
- Access to our database is limited to a select group of employees.
We make an effort to protect your data through a number of security measures, however, please remember that no system is 100% secure.
How we use data we collect
The Company uses Data About NextGen REI Customers to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a "Contact Me" Web form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Services. The Company may also use Data About NextGen REI Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding the Company, its affiliates, and its partners, such as information about promotions or events.
How long we keep data
We keep user data for varying lengths of time, depending on the type of data and how you've configured our Service.
- Account data - We retain account data for the lifetime of the account, as it's mandatory to use the Service. We also retain any data necessary to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
- Content you provide - If your account is deactivated, we retain some of your content so that other Service users that you have collaborated with will be able to continue using the Service in an expected manner.
- Payment data - We retain payment data (via 3rd party described previously) for the lifetime of the account as it's mandatory in order to use our Service.
Notification of security breach
We will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of a security breach or configuration weakness which could have allowed your data to be exposed.
How you can access and manage your data
We strongly believe in giving you access to export or delete your data, as applicable, at will.
Your rights
You have several rights that can be exercised at any time:
- The right to request a copy of your data in a structured, electronic format
- The right to object to our use of your data
- The right to request deletion of your data ("Right to be forgotten")
In some cases, we may not be able to comply with requests, such as a situation where compliance would result in another user's personal data being exposed, or where we are prohibited by law.
In situations where you have asked us to share your data with a third party, you may need to contact those parties to have your request fulfilled.
If you have unresolved concerns or feel your rights were infringed, you may have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country of residence.
How to delete your data
If you would like to have account data deleted, please make a data request. Please note that we may need to retain certain data within your profile for record keeping purposes or to comply with our legal obligations.
Market Metrics
Select services may enable NextGen REI to use Customer Data across customers to produce market level summaries called "Market Metrics" as described in the Terms of Service and/or Software as a Service Agreements.
Market Metrics CAN NOT reveal any individual data from a Customer either directly or through extrapolation of the provided information.
To ensure the protection of Customer Data, NextGen REI Metrics must be derived based on at least 3 Customers and reported at the aggregated level, protecting the identity of any individual Customer and its data.
All NextGen REI Metric information shall be the exclusive property of NextGen REI. Customers may not distribute, share, publish, sell, or otherwise use Market Metric information without the expressed written consent of NextGen REI.
Market Metric calculations may represent industry standard metrics or proprietary models and/or calculations to NextGen REI. NextGen REI reserves the right to not disclose proprietary calculations.
If a Customer does not elect to receive Market Metric information for its own use, Customer Data may still be used to support Market Metrics per the Terms of Service and/or Software as a Service Agreement.
Google Analytics
We may use a tool called "Google Analytics" to collect information about use of Customer Services, such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this Site. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information.
Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this Site. This cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google, Inc. The information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
We use the information received from Google Analytics only to improve services on this Site. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information, nor do we share any information with any 3rd parties.
Cookies, Web Beacon and other Similar Technologies
Our website uses "cookies" and "web beacon" technology. We use cookies and web beacon technology to identify your device, provide website user authentication, conduct fraud prevention, identify website abuse, distinguish you from other website users, record your IP address and operating system, evaluate your use of our website, determine the referring address and determine the date and time of your visit. This information is used for optimizing your user experience, enabling the advertising services that support the website sustainability.

When you use the website and its Services, we may serve advertisements regarding goods and services that you may be interested in based on your use of Services/website. To do so, we or our service providers may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (alone or in conjunction with web beacons, pixel tags, or other tracking technologies). You can choose to change your browser privacy settings to disable cookies from being allowed when using our website, however, we do not guarantee full functionality of the website, as use of our website requires acceptance of limited license to use data.
We may use Facebook Custom Audiences to deliver advertisements to Website Visitors on Facebook based on email addresses that we have collected. We also may use information associated with Visitor social media accounts, such as demographic and other information about an individual’s title, industry or organization, to improve our marketing efforts if that individual connects those social media accounts to a Website profile.
